Hayley & Kris met while studying Body Stress Release in South Africa in 2006. Hayley was born in Durban, South Africa and Kris was born in Edgerton, Minnesota. After finishing the BSR course in South Africa, Hayley moved to Colorado in 2008 and helped Kris start a BSR practice in Boulder. They have since moved to Longmont and started a family and a shared BSR practice. They have two children and have been practicing Body Stress Release in Colorado since 2008.
